By creating an account or using Mail2Draft ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and Mail2Draft.

Mail2Draft is an email-to-draft automation platform. It receives inbound emails at user-configured addresses, processes them using AI, and delivers a structured draft payload to a webhook URL you provide. The Service is available at mail2draft.eu.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail2Draft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Intellectual property

Mail2Draft and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain full ownership of the content you process through the Service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
