1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Mail2Draft ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and Mail2Draft.
2. Description of the Service
Mail2Draft is an email-to-draft automation platform. It receives inbound emails at user-configured addresses, processes them using AI, and delivers a structured draft payload to a webhook URL you provide. The Service is available at mail2draft.eu.
3. Account registration
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must verify your email address before the Service is accessible.
- Accounts are for individual use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send or process spam, unsolicited bulk email, or malicious content.
- Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Access to active mail addresses requires a paid subscription (Simple or Pro plan).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly per active mail address via Stripe.
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.
6. Email processing and data
- You are solely responsible for the content of emails forwarded to the Service and the webhook endpoints you configure.
- You must ensure that forwarding emails to Mail2Draft complies with any applicable data protection obligations, including obtaining necessary consents from email senders.
- Email content is processed in memory and is not stored persistently after delivery to your webhook.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail2Draft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
10. Intellectual property
Mail2Draft and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain full ownership of the content you process through the Service.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
